Conducts research and evaluates technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks.

Analyzes network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent.

Prepares assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.

Correlates threat data from various sources. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.

Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials. Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent intelligence community experience
  • Higher headquarters DoD staff experience
  • Completion of a basic intelligence course (service or otherwise) and >

ten years experience working intelligence issues in the field and on a staff.

  • Experience drafting staff correspondence.
  • Experience briefing senior leaders.
  • Active TS / SCI required Preferred Qualifications :
  • Pentagon service-level or senior level staff
  • Defense budgeting
  • Tactical-level intelligence experience
  • Intelligence or defense planning experience
  • Master’s degree
  • Intelligence Community leadership *Salary Range : *$149,900 - $224,900 The above salary range represents a general guideline;

however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
