As a senior project manager (sr, PM) you will be part of the licensed stores business planning and operations team. The Enablement teamis responsible for providing our licensed store business development and construction teams with resources needed to deliver our growth goals.

This partner will be responsible for synthesizing materials from across the business for executive-level licensee-facing alignment and commitment.

As a senior project manager, business development and construction portfolio and process you will

  • Lead store portfolio management process building tools and approach necessary for ongoing, comprehensive review of portfolio
  • Create and refine processes to support business development and construction activities
  • Develop and manage LS projects. You will collaborate on projects autonomously and appropriately apply knowledge, process, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to measure results and meet project goals.
  • Build cross functional partnership . You will build relationships across the business and enterprise to collaborate and influence the outcomes of complex programs, delivering integrated project approaches.
  • Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team. You will have a clear ability to move the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

We’d love to hear from people with :

  • 5+ years project management
  • 5 yrs managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects
  • 5 yrs General business experience in large, matrixed organizations
  • Proficiency in the Starbucks licensed stores ecosystem a preference

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.

For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge / skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
