Salmon Creek Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting.

Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty / barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.

Qualifications :

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and / or geriatric care is preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
