Compensation Range : $104,868.00 - $130,268.00 AnnualAlong with our highly competitive base pay, we offer pay differentials based on education, clinical experience, certifications, and work in high need areas.

In recognition of the unique challenges faced by healthcare professionals working in hard-to-staff areas, we offer incentives for RNs serving in qualifying areas.

If your assignment is designated as a hard-to-staff area, you may be eligible for an additional quarterly bonus incentive, totaling up to $10k annually.

Deliver personalized nursing and care management to patients in their home or care facilities.Constantly evaluate evolving patient needs and respond with plan of care adjustments.

QualificationsCurrent license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York StateMinimum of one year nursing experience in a medical / surgical environmentValid driver's license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID card may be requiredPay Range per Visit : If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job, the hiring range is as follows : $69.
