As the Director of People& Culture youll create and manage policieson pay benefits employee relations and training. Youll lead keyprojects manage labor relations and promote a positive workplaceculture.
Your leadership will help build an environment whereemployees doctors and providers canthrive.
Responsibilities :
- Createand manage policies for compensation benefits employee relationsand training aligned with the hospitalsmission.
- Lead labor talks handle agreements andresolve legal and compliance issues.
- Stayupdated on HR trends guide planning and build effectiveorganizational structures.
- Work closely withsenior leaders offering advice on employee relations talentmanagement and organizational improvement
- Usedata to boost employee engagement and reduceturnover.
- Maintain good relationships withunions and manage agreements.
- Lead training onpolicies and benefits working with development and educationteams.
- Address issues and provide solutions tomaintain a positive workenvironment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield (Masters preferred).
- At least 10 yearsof HR experience with leadership and unionexperience.
- SPHR or SHRMSCP certification is aplus.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcareenvironment is highlypreferred.
