YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Avionics software development
WE VALUE
- Understanding DO-178C software development lifecycle
- Significant relevant experience with real-time embedded software development
- Proficiency in C / C++, Python
- Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices.
- Experience with Datalink products such as ACARS, ATN, PM-CPDLC.
- Experience with Communication, Navigation, GNSS, or Surveillance radios.
- Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
- Advanced communication skills
- Wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked or forced to by events.
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions in the face of technical complexity, balancing analysis with bias for action.
