What Youll Do

  • Conduct in-home water quality tests and present Culligan solutions
  • Manage company-provided leads + prospect new ones through referrals and networking
  • Deliver engaging water demos and close sales ($50K revenue, 25 units)
  • Build lasting relationships with follow-up visits post-installation

    • What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience (residential a plus)
  • Proven closer with strong communication skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Valid drivers license + reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule (some evenings and weekends)

  • $80K$150K+ annual earnings (100% commission, uncapped)
