This is a remote position.
A Client Relations Coordinator holds the crucial responsibility of nurturing and managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with products or services, and promptly addressing any concerns.
They play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by identifying chances to upsell or cross-sell offerings to existing clients.
Additionally, they may engage in tasks such as market research, data analysis, and strategizing to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and manage client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service
- Aid clients in understanding and utilizing our services and offerings effectively
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels
- Maintain precise client records and update databases as necessary
- Collaborate with the team to devise and execute strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to fostering new client relationships and business prospects
- Manage client accounts diligently, ensuring their contentment

Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role preferred but not mandatory
