Duties :
- The Lead Therapist coordinate clinical services by providing oversight, competency and training of staff clinicians, monitoring clinical services documentation, and developing and maintaining ongoing partnerships with community-based providers.
- Review caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services.
- Schedules weekly team meetings and creates the agenda in coordination with the Operations Manager, ensuring timely response to required compliance / documentation issues, ensuring completion of all action / follow-up items and provides overall clinical consultation.
- The Lead therapist will assist with crisis intervention, facilitate groups, carry a small caseload, and conduct individual sessions with patients.
- Decision Making, Diversity, Technology & Equipment Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Job Knowledge, Oral / Written Communication, Patient Counseling, Patient Safety, Travel may be required.
