Job Duties
- Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families
- Formulate and coordinate the plan of care, patient and family education, and discharge planning
- Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and revise plan of care based on patient response
- Initiate collaboration with physicians, ancillary personnel, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in unit-based decision-making and initiatives that support the Magnet mission

Education : Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing
