Medical Office Assistant

Your responsibilities will include assisting healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities :
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Organize and update patient medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Process and verify patient information
- Welcome and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in GSuite (Google Docs)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- US Work Authorization
