Provide excellent full-service hospitality services for internal office meetings, events, and receptions including proper presentation of set-ups, ongoing support during events and the breakdown of each.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with caterers and other event vendors.
  • Maintain main kitchen inventory for Pittsburgh office.
  • Assist in coordinating meeting schedules for the main conference room area.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining budget related information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as collecting data, running reports, check requests, expenses, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Office Manager.
  • Support in the design of meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and office-wide email notifications and updates.
  • Leads with strong communication and demonstrates effective interpersonal skills.
  • Serve as a back-up to our Executive Receptionist with front desk coverage.
  • Participate in Pittsburgh social committee and assist with the coordination of committee related pop-up events.
  • All other duties as assigned.
