The Warehouse Operator III will be responsible for fulfilling order requests on time within requested quality metrics by counting and packing materials.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to,

• Support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the company.
• Ability to read and fully understand written and verbal instructions for warehouse projects.
• Perform tasks to acceptable quality standards and within an allotted time.
• Inspect all material prior to packing by visual examination and / or using specified tools or aides.
• Ability to make inventory and system adjustments / updates.
• Properly count and separate an assortment of products / materials accurately and consistently.
• Manage the order troubleshooting and resolution process.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of company workflows and operations.
• Manage and perform full investigation on inventory issues and ability to find root cause(s).
• Communicate to management at a high level in regard to findings, investigations, operation and admin updates.
• Ability to understand the account management side of business and be client facing if needed.
• Manage and maintain metric reports and efficiency tracking.
• Implement process improvement initiatives.
• Strong project management skills and ability to escalate issues and seek resources when needed.
• Ability to communicate outside the warehouse with different resources.
• Ability to give direction to team members and shift resources for operations coverage.
• Counts, packages and arranges materials in packaged labels.
• Ability to easily recognize and compare 6-10 alpha-numeric combinations.
• Strong attention to detail reviewing part numbers and job orders.
• Move tables and pallets of material into place; ability to use a pallet jack.
• Palletizing material and boxes into place for shipment.
• Ability to use company scanning system and program while following guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with correcting packaging errors.
• Ability to make order corrections in WMS system.
• Understanding of inventory and WMS and EQ systems.
• Consistently meets or exceeds picking and packaging metrics.
• Perform ongoing daily housekeeping activities, keeping work areas neat and organized.
• Safety mindset and have a strong sense on how to work with multiple departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES :

• Must be able to communicate (read, write, and speak) in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
• Strong written communication skills with using Blink email address account.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to meet production metric standards.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Manages time efficiently and effectively.
• Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Must have high integrity, great attention to detail; and be dependable.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience and general computer skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

• High School Diploma
• Experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Forklift experience highly preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be able to work standing, walking, bending, reaching and stooping (Frequently)
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds (Occasionally)
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
