Job Details
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the full lifecycle of government contracts — from proposal support and negotiation through execution and compliance. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, government representatives, and project managers to ensure smooth contract transitions and adherence to all FAR and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration activities.
Maintain compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and company policies.
Review and interpret contract terms and obligations, ensuring all conditions are met.
Manage contract modifications, amendments, and reporting requirements.
Prepare and negotiate subcontracts and manage related compliance documentation.
Track contract issues, modifications, and invoicing to ensure timely resolution.
Partner with operations, accounting, and project teams to ensure contract integrity throughout the lifecycle.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in contract administration, ideally with federal or state contracts.
Working knowledge of FAR and government contracting principles.
Experience with DOD / DOE contracting preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Deltek Costpoint a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license required.
