The optimal applicant will have prior experience in sales, account management, and / or client service. This involves comprehending the client’s requirements, proposing customized solutions, and managing relationships.

Position Responsibilities :

• Accurately document client information including, but not limited to address, billing information, account package, preferences etc.
• To boost client retention, keep track of industry client service and sales trends.
• Work with the sales support team to follow up with client needs.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by developing and delivering targeted product recommendations utilizing active listening abilities.
• Respond quickly and effectively to client concerns.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of your own and your team’s development.
