Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and review inpatient and intermediate care services for medical necessity and effectivenessDevelop and implement discharge plans in collaboration with providers and facilitiesParticipate in quality improvement activities, including data collection and analysisRequired Qualifications and EducationCurrent licensure meeting state or customer-specific requirementsMinimum of 6 years of post-degree experience in psychiatric and substance abuse healthcareExperience in utilization reviewRelevant degrees such as Associate in Nursing or Master's in Social Work or Behavioral HealthLicensure may include CEAP, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, RN, or equivalent
