Product Technical Support
Technical Source is currently looking for a Product Technical Support for our healthcare client in Raleigh, NC . The ideal candidate will have experience within Information Technology and networking.
This is a fully remote opportunity on the East Coast Second Shift (1pm-10pm EST).
Responsibilities of the Product Technical Support include :
- Experience remotely troubleshooting, including networking and server troubleshooting
- Identify customer issues in a timely manner and assist or escalate upwards
- Engage in customer interaction verbally and written communication on a daily basis
- Ability to work any shift within 24x7x365
Qualifications of the Product Technical Support include :
- Experience in Networking and Databases
- 4+ years of experience within an Technical Support Tier 2
- Strong communication and ability to interface with senior leadership and customers
- Certifications desired, but not required are A+, N+, MCP, MCSA, CCNA, Azure, Cisco, etc.
Compensation for the Product Technical Support includes :
- $30-$32 an hour based on experience
- Medical, dental and vision benefits
- No Corp to Corp (C2C) or Visa sponsorships at this time
