Front Office Manager Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of guest-facing hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in a boutique or luxury hotel setting; knowledge and real-world experience of Forbes 5-star standards is required.
- Proven ability to oversee all aspects of Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations, and Bell Services.
- Strong leadership skills with a keen sense for hiring, training, and coaching high-performing teams.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
