Description

Job Summary :

Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Responsible for helping Happy Floors obtain better brand recognition and sales growth.

Meet with owners, managers, and showroom staffs to review current market trends and selling strategies to maximize current and future sales growth that can improve revenue and profitability.

Work with Territory Managers to improve the selling experience for the showrooms.

Essential Responsibilities :

Existing Business

  • Collaborate with Territory Managers in creating sales plans for each showroom to grow sales
  • Work within the confines of the Happy Floors Go to Market systems and procedures
  • Build long-term relationships with existing showroom owners, managers, showroom staffs
  • Plan and execute in showroom meetings with owners, managers, and sale staffs to strengthen the partnership between showroom and Happy Floors
  • Promote the company's products / services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Work with executives of inactive showrooms to identify opportunities to regain their business
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

New Business

  • Cultivate and grow sales with newly opened showrooms
  • Conduct field research to identify new markets, new showrooms and customer needs

Independence of Judgment :

This position exercises independent judgment and makes decisions that impact the business

Travel :

Significant but manageable travel required, this included travel by airplane

Supervisory Responsibilities :

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

  • 3-5 years proven experience in a sales position
  • Proven record of accomplishment of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge in MS Office, CRM Database
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Work Environment :

The work environment will be in showrooms, storage unit, and driving a box truck. Indoor and outdoor temperatures depending on location weather may be cold, hot, humid, wet, etc.
