Job Details
- Estimate new projects with PlanSwift, then performing project management with a Superintendent that runs the field
- Class A commercial office TI projects in LA and Orange Counties
- Ensure accurate / quality / competitive / profitable estimates, evaluate risks, proposals, specs / scopes / contracts / drawings / budgets, bid docs / strategies / deadlines, and follow estimating procedures
- Sub / material / vendor quotes, estimate handoff / job pre-planning, market evaluation, value engineering, and jobsite inspections
- Lead / coordinate projects / teams, sub / vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule / profitable, resolve issues, prioritize / delegate tasks, and organize / track materials / resources
- Ensure project deadlines / efficiency, control job costs, project logs / docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule
Requirements :
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Estimator on commercial painting projects
- Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus
