We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on their policies while looking for cross-selling opportunities, updating information, and collaborating with your team.

The base salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year depending on experience .

You must have a Property and Casualty license to be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

A Property and Casualty License and insurance coverage knowledge with an ability to communicate clearly to clients and underwriters is a must-have.

The base salary for the experienced position is $65,000 Per year .

Responsibilities

• Use excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the client.
• Maintain client retention and product loyalty .
• Counsel clients on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
• In everyday operations, use computer systems to process premium payments, review and update policies, handle claims, and make endorsements.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.

Requirement

• High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License REQUIRED
• Personal Lines experience is a BONUS
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience
• Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (AMS)
• Experience using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing / data entry skills.
• Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
• Creative, innovative thinker able to solve complex problems
• Able to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities based on importance
