The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist , working in the Admin / Clerical industry in Dallas, Texas, United States .
Generate invoice and account statements while performing account reconciliations.
- Research and solve discrepancies.
- Reconcile invoices and bills as well as verify balances to general ledger.
- Participate in Accounts Receivables monthly close process.
- Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals and preparing reports.
- Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
Experience Required for Your Success
High School diploma required
- Experience in managing Accounts Receivable workflows for at least 1 year is MANDATORY in this role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
