Your typical day at work :
As an Outbound Sales Associate , you will ensure that customers get the best value for all their products and services. You will :
- Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers.
- Upsell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers’ needs.
- Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
- Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize their needs
- Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets
You will be a great fit if you have :
- Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role where you have done outbound sales
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
- Experience following a script
- The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
- Open availability to work within hours of operation : Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm EST
- The ability to connect the computer directly to the modem with an ethernet cord while working - WIFI is not compatible
