Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting for a direct hire Maintenance Tech in Springfield, OH. Our client is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech to join their team and help maintain high standards set for operations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and other machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain and repair boilers
• Set Up and operate drill presses, grinders, welders, and other tools to make / repair parts
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and address potential issues before they lead to equipment failure.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with equipment installation and upgrades as needed.
• You should meet the following qualifications to be considered for a Material Specialist :

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Maintenance Tech position :

• Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and best practices in maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.

Pay Details : 25.00 to 30.00 per hour
