Position : Business Systems Analyst
Location : Wilmington, MA
Required Skills :
8+ years experience as a BSA
HCM Knowledge : Any strong BSA can learn HCM within 3-6 months.
Cloud Security and Compliance : Must have experience deploying security and compliance solutions, specifically Oracle's Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
RMC experience in the cloud is critical (on-premise GRC knowledge is nice to have but not as important).
Should be experienced in internal audits, control definitions, building controls and profiles in the cloud.
Hands-On Configuration : The ideal candidate needs to have direct experience configuring RMC, not just high-level exposure.
Techno-functional : The role requires a 50 / 50 blend of technical and functional expertise.
Vendor Communication : Ability to manage communication with vendors is crucial.
Requirement Documentation : Continuation and upkeep of requirement documentation is expected
