St. Thomas Episcopal Parish School is looking for a Director of Parent and Community Relations beginning in the 2024-2025 school year.
This role is the liaison between the vibrant and involved parent community and the school’s administration, ensuring St.
Thomas’ values, mission, and vision are reflected across all activities. Among the main responsibilities include building a culture of inclusivity among parents, managing the Parents Association Board and event committees led by volunteers, supporting the faculty and their classroom needs, event planning, outreach, and fundraising efforts while also serving as an ambassador for St.
Thomas among prospective families, partner schools, and professional organizations. This position is part of the Administration and supports leadership by providing a pulse on the school community, elevating concerns, offering solutions, and annual planning.

- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage various personality styles
- Creativity a plus
This is a full-time, 12 month position.
