Soliant, a leading education staffing agency, is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Los Altos, CA.
This is a contract position offering weekly paychecks, comprehensive benefits through United Healthcare (including health, vision, and dental), and personalized support from a dedicated recruiter.
Responsibilities :
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve students' speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- California Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
