st Shift Electronics Assembler
Now Hiring st Shift Electronic Assemblers for our client in Irvine, CA!
Work hours : : am - : pm, Monday to Friday with overtime opportunity
Responsibilities :
- Perform soldering of -gauge wires and attach LED strips to lightboxes made of aluminum and plastic.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Interpret and follow schematic and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Test electronic components for functionality.
- Proficient in soldering techniques including thru-hole, SMD, and LED strip soldering.
- Troubleshoot electronic assemblies using tools such as a multi-meter and signal generator.
- Experience with low-voltage electronics.
- Familiarity with UL and electrical configurations.
- Ability to program RGB lighting setups.
Requirements :
- Experience with SMD and thru-hole soldering and de-soldering.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Skilled in troubleshooting electronic components at the circuit level.
- Knowledge of Digital Panels and Pixel LED Controlling.
- Familiarity with Novastar and Madrix Lighting systems is a plus.
Education :
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Electronic Technology or possess an Electrical Technology Certificate.
