Looking for 2 candidates for the following :
- Monday - Friday : 4 : 00 pm - 8 : 00 pm
- Two Saturdays a month : 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

We are currently seeking (2) part-time receptionist to join our team and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
- Close out Service and Parts tickets
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Punctual and reliable
