Overview :
The Staffing Recruiter plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization has a talented and effective workforce. As a remote position, this role is crucial in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent to support the company's growth and success, while working closely with hiring managers and executives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Utilizing various channels to source and attract candidates, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Preparing and posting job openings
- Conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process
- Screening and evaluating candidates' qualifications and skills
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining a strong talent pool
- Guiding and advising hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
- Participating in the development of recruitment strategies and processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and external partners
- Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Contributing to employer branding and talent acquisition marketing efforts
- Assessing and improving recruitment and selection processes
- Contributing to special projects and initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a staffing recruiter or in a similar role
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of confidentiality and integrity in dealing with sensitive information
- Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
