Overview :

The Staffing Recruiter plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization has a talented and effective workforce. As a remote position, this role is crucial in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent to support the company's growth and success, while working closely with hiring managers and executives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
  • Utilizing various channels to source and attract candidates, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Preparing and posting job openings
  • Conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process
  • Screening and evaluating candidates' qualifications and skills
  • Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining a strong talent pool
  • Guiding and advising hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
  • Participating in the development of recruitment strategies and processes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and external partners
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Contributing to employer branding and talent acquisition marketing efforts
  • Assessing and improving recruitment and selection processes
  • Contributing to special projects and initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a staffing recruiter or in a similar role
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to work
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity in dealing with sensitive information
  • Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
