Summary :
The Sourcing Manager - Sr creates innovative and strategic sourcing strategies for all indirect spend categories such as technology, operational banking services, and professional services.
Drives efficiency and operational excellence in deal execution, increasing profitability while reducing risk. Partners with strategic suppliers to innovate and achieve continuous improvement and value release.
Acts as trusted advisor to key stakeholders enabling them to engage 3rd parties with as little friction as possible.
Job Duties :
- Educate internal stakeholders in understanding process to engage third parties
- Lead cross functional team to deliver medium and high risk, medium and high complexity sourcing transactions, and competitive events in compliance with corporate procedures
- Facilitate third party risk due diligence assessments and third-party risk action plans
- Create and maintain sourcing project records and documentation
- Execute contracts accurately specifying supplier responsibilities and SLAs
- Identify savings opportunities for assigned business segment or category
- Identify and implement process efficiencies, procedural changes, and best practices
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and / or industry-specific experience in spend responsibility.
- A minimum of 3 years of management or team leadership experience.
