- Oversee production related activities (grinding, screening, production schedules, dumping, loading, mixing, etc.).
- Accomplish production goals - report production shortfalls to boss in a timely manner.
- Ensure equipment is serviced and maintained according to SBS maintenance schedules.
- Ensure that yard is kept clean and highly functional to meet the needs of production processing and customer accessibility, traffic throughput and drive-up appeal.
- Ensure that yard activity and processing of materials is kept on schedule and accomplished in an efficient manner.
- Oversee the SWPPP activities to ensure SBS stays compliant.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained.

- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 75lbs
- standing for 10 hours at one time
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
