About The Position
Job Title : Cardiac Cath Technologist Job Specialty : Card Cath Technologist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : AM, 4x10's (Day shift between 7 a.
m. - 5 : 30 p.m.) Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum years of experience required (not specified) License : Required registries / licenses : ACLS / BLS Certifications : RT or RCIS Must-Have : - Diagnostic Cath - IABP - Interventional Cath - Pre / Post Cath - Experience with Phillips equipment Job Description : - Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
- Operate specialized equipment used in the cardiac cath lab. - Assist in pre and post-procedural care of patients. - Work on-call shifts 1-2 nights per week and up to 2 weekends per month.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain high standards of patient care. - Wear hospital-provided OR scrubs while on duty.
- Participate in a virtual interview process. - Complete necessary credentialing requirements including obtaining fingerprints.
This position requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
