Our client, a luxury cosmetics brand, is hiring a Senior Process and Project Manager to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule.
Job Duties Include :
- Lead projects to completion by working cross functionally with departments locally and internationally
- Define and outline scope of work for each project
- Assist with negotiations of third party vendor contracts
- Utilize project management software and establishing project timeline including identifying critical path and milestones
- Record, analyze, prioritize, and coordinate requirements from specialist departments
- Manage third party vendors through development to execution and during hyper care period
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solution concepts for business requirements
- Lead project team including defining objectives, delegating tasks, and monitoring quality
- Implement technical workshops
- Manage process mapping and development of new internal processes
Job Qualifications Include :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in process and project management
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and time management abilities
- Experience with Logistic tools such as WMS, NetSuite, Shipstation, Uship
- Knowledge of project management software
- Personal care product manufacturing industry experience preferred
Salary : $100k - $120k annually
