Description :
LVN working in a clinic with geriatric patients. Answering patient calls, scheduling appointments and making home visits.
Location : HYBIRD 75% at home and 25% home visits
- Los Angeles
- Orange County
- The rest of the job is done from home!
- REIMBURSED FOR MILEAGE AND PAID FOR DRIVE TIME!! Mileage reimbursement is at the IRS rate. Will enter miles into T&E every week.
Sites per day :
- Will most likely do to 3 5 visits per week on the days / times listed below
- Will get schedule a few days in advance (for when on the road and not WFH)
- If there are urgent items those will be scheduled last minute (rare occurrences)
Shift : Monday Friday
- Home visits will be 10am 2pm Monday Thursday
- Full-time 40 hours per week
Start : ASAP once cleared compliance
- MUST have a valid CA LicenseNo DUIs etc.
- MUST have a reliable car
