Senior Accountant

Responsibilities :
- Client Accounting Services : Manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Statement Preparation : Prepare and review financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Advisory Services : Offer strategic financial advice and guidance to clients, leveraging insights from financial analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in accounting processes, implementing best practices and technology solutions to optimize client service delivery.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and supervise junior staff members, providing training, guidance, and support to foster their professional development and ensure high-quality work.
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their accounting and financial needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a focus on serving clients in various industries.
- Expertise in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP), as well as tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
