Senior Financial Solutions Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Business Solutions Manager to drive financial integration and process improvements in their finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial integration of a complex reinsurance acquisition and ensure alignment of financial systems and reporting

Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements across people, processes, and technology

Develop and maintain documentation of financial data flows and collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve data issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

8+ years of experience in finance / accounting, with expertise in GAAP accounting and general ledger management

Proficiency in financial systems, including ERP systems and data query tools (e.g., SQL); Workday / SAP experience is a plus

Experience in change management and implementing new processes

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
