This position is located at our office in Jefferson City, Missouri, but would consider our St. Louis office location for the right candidate.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Operations Analyst to join our Investment Operations Team. This role provides essential support to the Investment and Accounting Departments, helping staff, management, and the Board of Trustees stay informed about investment activities and performance.
Under general supervision, the Investment Operations Analyst will assist with the investment operations of our private equity and private credit portfolios to determine that all market values, returns, cash flows, and fees are fairly stated. This position will perform investment management fee and incentive fee recalculations for private equity investments. Additionally, this role will process and maintain investment information across alternative investment software platforms including private risk fund profiles, cash flows, market valuations, and new deal materials, to ensure timely and accurate information with internal and external sources. The Investment Operations Analyst will also assist with fund closings and amendments of legal documents, the monitoring of investment compliance with the Boad-approved Investment Policy and Implementation Manuals and assist with the preparation of investment reporting including the monthly newsletter, annual comprehensive financial report, and board materials as requested.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field. Is highly motivated and has a strong willingness to learn as this position offers significant on-the-job training. Experience in investment or accounting roles with increasing responsibility is preferred, as is registration as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
