We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Senior PM - Program Planning - to join our established and growing team in New York.

You will be accountable for managing, estimating, and cost planning including ownership of and presenting cost plans.
You will lead the procurement process, ensuring stages including prequalification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively.
You will lead the delivery of cost management services to deliver key strategic outcomes and KPIs, directly influencing strategic development of plans.

You’ll be responsible for :
- Developing and managing comprehensive program plans for FTA initiatives, ensuring alignment with agency goals and federal transportation policies.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to establish project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for various transit programs.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful program implementation and execution.
- Analyzing program performance metrics and preparing detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Collaborating with state and local transit agencies to provide technical assistance and ensure compliance with FTA regulations and funding requirements.
- Monitoring budget allocations and expenditures for assigned programs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource utilization.
You’llneed to have :
Minimum of OSHA 30 training required
Experience with FTA projects in the North Eastern corridor within the United States
Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and presentation development.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, MS Project, Primavera P6 Scheduling Software).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
You’ll also have :
NJT, MNRR, LIRR, NYCT, PANYNJ, and MTA experience are preferred.
