The Behavioral Health Therapist position offers a retention bonus for newly hired employees. There are opportunities for licensed and in-training therapists to work in an acute care setting, providing therapeutic treatment services to individuals, group, family, and significant others.
The job duties include providing crisis intervention services, case management, and serving as a patient advocate when necessary.
The therapist is also responsible for completing all required documentation and supporting changes in staffing / scheduling as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Social Work or related field and the necessary on-the-job training for compliance with Residential Care Center and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention.
