We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties : - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry - Accompany clients to appointments and outings - Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support - Monitor client's health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
Requirements : - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field (preferred) - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Excellent communication skills - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes - Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Preferred : Home Health Aides / CNA
CNA or HHA license is preferred
6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide in healthcare (with references)
1-3 years of experience as a Caregiver / Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities)
