A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in Proptech.Key Responsibilities : Act as a sales hunter, generating leads and driving business growthManage the sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiations, focusing on large management companiesCollaborate with Account Management to identify upsell opportunities and drive expansionRequired Qualifications : Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions to top 200 NMHC accounts at the C-Suite or ownership levelsExtensive experience in selling complex technology solutions in the multifamily industryDeep understanding of next-generation multifamily solutions involving marketing, leasing, IoT, and AIProven track record of consistently achieving quotas and exceeding sales targetsMaster networker with a proven ability to build and maintain valuable professional relationships
