A company is looking for an Account Management Enablement Program Manager to lead onboarding and ramp enablement for Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a 30 / 60 / 90-day onboarding experience tailored to Account Management motions
Partner with leadership to define success metrics and evolve new hire training content based on performance
Create and manage onboarding assets such as playbooks, certification programs, and toolkits
Required Qualifications
4+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Account Management Program Management
Deep understanding of building and scaling onboarding programs for sales processes
Strong instructional design instincts to convert strategic objectives into tactical learning
Excellent project management skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders
