What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew.
• Possesses and demonstrate a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, fundraisers, etc.)
• ServSafe certification

• Significant financial monthly bonus through our secret shopper program. Our stores are shopped 8 times a month resulting in not only a bonus for our teams, we also bonus the GM's based on the score!!!!
• We seek to achieve a real work / life balance where our GM's are able to complete their job in only 45 hours a week. Our locations are open from 11 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 PM.

We are also closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
