As a Product Manager at LTI, you will play a pivotal role in successfully managing the operations and development of our safe locks product line. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of product management, including product development, customer engagement, and team leadership. Responsibilities as a Product Manager :

• Collaborate with engineers and customers to develop and enhance safe lock products.
• Manage product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve product-related issues, demonstrating electro / mechanical savvy.
• Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and engineers to facilitate effective communication.
• Professionally and effectively represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and supplier visits, contributing to business development efforts.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
