About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Outpatient Orthopedics Job Duration : Full-time Shift : Variable Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week with the possibility of working up to 40 hours Experience : Preferred in outpatient settings;
New graduates are welcome License : Required current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Certifications : CPR certification Must-Have : Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage patient care effectively Job Description : Provide exceptional physical therapy services to an orthopedic patient population.
- Manage a caseload, treating approximately 12-14 patients per day.- Achieve a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Engage in double-booking follow-up visits as necessary.- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards.- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient rehabilitation and recovery goals.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts as needed by the clinic's operational hours.
