We are currently representing one of our top general contractor clients, a leader in the Houston construction market, known for their exceptional work in commercial, K-12 education, and industrial projects.

They are seeking a skilled Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join their dynamic team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a company that is committed to quality, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Leadership : Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to final delivery and closeout.
  • Team Coordination : Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure all work meets the company’s stringent quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Budget Oversight : Monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management : Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Client Engagement : Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.

Candidate Profile :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial, K-12 education, or industrial projects.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated success in leading complex construction projects, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and client satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise : Proficient in construction management software, with a solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to clients, team members, and executives.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to handle challenges swiftly.
