The Director of Operations is responsible for building, implementing, and managing all systems related to transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing.

This role is crucial in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in the success and growth of the team, ensuring that all systems are optimized and team goals are met.

Compensation :

Responsibilities : Leadership :

Leadership :

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team.
• Hold team members accountable for achieving team goals.
• Develop team meeting agendas and facilitate meetings.
• Assist in day-to-day office duties.

Human Resources :

• Oversee employee hiring and the hiring process.
• Supervise employee training programs.
• Manage onboarding for agents and employees.
• Create and maintain an operations manual documenting systems and standards.

Culture :

• Foster a positive and energetic team environment.
• Celebrate team accomplishments, birthdays, and anniversaries.
• Plan and organize team outings and events.
• Provide superior customer service to agents and clients.

Financial :

• Manage the payment of bills.
• Track and record all team expenses and income.

Marketing :

• Manage and update team social media accounts.
• Design and order business cards, signs, and riders for properties.
• Create and distribute flyers and monthly newsletters.
• Develop and execute targeted mailings for property listings.
• Plan and execute listing marketing plans and yearly client events.
• Maintain brand consistency.

Operations :

• Develop and manage systems for transaction coordination.
• Facilitate effective internal and client communication.
• Oversee information systems and central database management.
• Document and refine systems for customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, and tracking.
