Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data collection and analysis processes to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate insights and findings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize analytics needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes and their data requirements.
  • Utilize statistical methods to identify trends and patterns in data sets.
  • Design and implement queries and reports to extract necessary data from databases.
  • Conduct data integrity checks and validation to ensure accuracy.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from various teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements in data analysis technologies.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts in analytical and reporting practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings in an understandable manner.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
