Reporting to the CRO, this position plays a pivotal role in driving sales, growth initiatives, and the success of our pipeline while shaping the long-term vision for our sales organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, adaptability, and be able to quickly pivot with incremental responsibility as our GTM and sales strategy evolves.

Requirements

  • Evaluate, develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate enterprise markets.
  • Successfully review, manage, and forecast the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proactively identify and set creative methods for improving conversion rates and sales cycle.
  • Accountability for meeting and exceeding monthly team metrics.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Cultivate and maintain a culture of constant improvement.

What we look for

  • 5+ years leading Business Development and Account Executive teams for aggressive growth targets with complex enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling B2B / SaaS organizations.
  • Ability to thrive and execute in a dynamic business environment by prioritization of deliverables and tasks, sound business judgment, taking ownership, and leading data-driven analyses to influence results.
  • Ability to think strategically, understand business needs, and translate ideas into action.
  • Strong leadership & communication skills with a proven ability to influence.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
